Who we are

What we process

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optionally your company name and topic, and your message. To prevent abuse, we keep your IP address in hashed form for at most one hour.

Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps technical log files (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

Why, and on what basis

We use your data only to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to you, or steps you ask for before entering into a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to follow up on your question, and at most two years after our last contact, unless it leads to a collaboration. In that case the statutory retention periods for our accounts apply.

Sharing

We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. It is only processed by the service providers we need to run this website and our email (our hosting provider and email provider).

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools, so there is no cookie banner either.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Just email info@kuveco.com.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
