Work that does itself

AI agents, chatbots and automations for small businesses, built on thirty years of IT experience.

Less routine,
more business.

The starting point: every week, every business loses hours to work that always goes the same way. Retyping quotes, answering the same questions, copying data from one program to another. Today, that work can do itself. You keep the time for your customers and your craft.

AI in plain words

Five words you will hear a lot in the coming years. This is how we explain them, and how we put them to work for your business.

agent

[ay·jənt]noun

Software that finishes a task on its own: reading, looking things up, deciding and taking the next step.

What we build
AI agents that work inside the programs you already use: your mailbox, your accounting, your customer records or your planning. They do the preparatory work; you approve where it matters.
For example
An agent that reads incoming requests, looks up the right customer details and drafts a reply.

chatbot

[chat·bot]noun

A digital assistant that answers questions with your information, day and night.

What we build
Chatbots for your website, your customer service or your own staff, fed with your documents, products and ways of working. No canned answers, and a person takes over when needed.
For example
An assistant that helps customers in the evening with questions about opening hours, delivery times or an order.

automation

[aw·tə·may·shən]noun

A fixed series of steps that runs by itself, without copy and paste.

What we build
Connections between the programs you already have, with AI wherever something needs to be read, sorted or written. From form to invoice, from email to schedule.
For example
Quote requests that are read, worked out and sent automatically. See below.

application

[ap·li·kay·shən]noun

Custom software, built around the way your business works.

Web applications, internal tools, integrations and backends in Java, with Kafka, Kubernetes and the cloud (AWS, GCP). Built to last for years.

website

[web·site]noun

Your calling card, working for you even at night.

Fast, accessible websites that work well on a phone, get found on Google and can be used by everyone. Like this one.

Quotes that write themselves

For a large printing company we built such an AI automation, which drafts and sends quotes for print work. From request to sent quote, end to end.

The result: no more manual retyping, and customers get an answer faster.

  1. A request comes in

By email or through a form, in the customer's own words.

  2. AI reads and understands

Which product, how many, which finish: the request is turned into data.

  3. The quote is drafted

Following the company's own rules, without manual calculation.

  4. The quote goes out

Straight to the customer, while the team is busy with something else.

Simplified view of the workflow.

How we work

No big IT project to start with. Just one concrete problem, solved well, and then building on what works.

  1. Get acquainted

Together we look at where the time goes and where AI really pays off. In plain language.

  2. Start small

We pick one process that takes a lot of time and carries little risk, and build a first working version for it.

  3. Build it in

We connect to the programs you already use. No new package to learn, just a solution that fits your working day.

  4. Follow up

We measure what it delivers and adjust. If it works, we take on the next process.
